JaBo Software Vertrieb- und Entwicklung GmbH (JaBo Software Vertrieb- & Entwicklung GmbH), herewith referred to as "JaBo", provides with its site checkfelix an Internet search engine free of charge to the user, enabling the user to make inquiries for flights at airlines and travel agencies, inquiries for hotels at hotel providers and inquiries for cars at car rental providers which have an Internet presence. The information provided by the suppliers is provided directly to the user. Additionally, JaBo shows general travel information in conjunction with requests.

JaBo guarantee neither completeness nor accuracy of information not provided directly by checkfelix. Please make sure that the information provided is up-to-date and correct by inquiring further at the airline or travel agency which has provided you with said information, and make sure all general travel information is current, correct and complete

JaBo does not take flight bookings and is not acting as a booking agent. It is the sole responsibility of the user to make the booking at the provider of user's choice. In this context, JaBo will accept no liability for incorrect or incomplete information. All decisions taken upon the basis of the provided information are the sole responsibility of the user. JaBo assumes no liability for harm, whether direct or indirect, and, respectively, consequential loss which - for whatever reason - arises out of the use of the information provide through checkfelix.

Specific private information will only be disclosed on the basis of a legal search warrant.
