Why can’t I open the world maps?
You need to install the Macromedia Flash Player to be able to use the interactive maps on checkfelix. Should your browser not automatically download it, you can click HERE to install the Flash Player.
What do you do when the link to make a booking doesn’t work?
A session is started for the search of many providers. If too much time lapses between searching and booking, it could happen that this session expires and that the link to the booking becomes "invalid"".
In this case, we recommend starting the search anew so that you can book the travel offer without any problems.
Why isn’t it showing me any search results?
It sometimes happens that a search doesn’t come up with any results. This can be caused by the following reasons:
