An Etix© is an electronic ticket. This means that you are not sent a paper ticket: you pick up your boarding pass at your departure airport (at a machine or the check-in desk) directly using the credit card you used to pay for the flight.

Stars are used to classify the overall quality of the hotels, of the standard of service, of the quality of the meals and other hotel services. The criteria used in many countries for classification purposes can sometimes differ from each other, since the requirements to be met are specified by the competent authorities. The ratings used on checkfelix are the same as those used by the relevant hotel providers. checkfelix cannot guarantee these ratings.

Please note that check-in and check-out times can vary from hotel to hotel. The basic rule, however, is that rooms are ready for occupancy from approx. 2 p.m. You usually need to check out by 10 a.m. on your day of departure.
